LYNDEN, Wash. – Lynden veteran Leah Rosetti is being honored for her service by the Veterans of Foreign Wars #StillServing campaign.
The campaign honors those who continue to give back to their community after their service.
Rosetti, a 10 year veteran of two tours in the Gulf Wars, not only volunteers at her local VFW post, but raises funds for Brigadoon Service Dogs, an organization connecting veterans with service dogs.
Rosetti herself has overcome service-related mental health struggles with the help of her own PTSD therapy dog, Sarge.
