BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A man faces several charges for allegedly raping a woman and recording the act.
Whatcom Superior Court documents state that the woman met 35-year-old Ryan M. Dailey on a dating website last November and invited him to her home.
She told investigators that he was immediately aggressive but she did consent to sexual contact.
She says he later forced her to have sex again and recorded it on his cellphone without her knowledge.
Dailey faces charges of rape, voyeurism and disclosing intimate images.
