BELLINGHAM – A man was arrested Tuesday after police say he took pictures up a teenager’s skirt at a Bellingham store.
He was just sentenced last week for doing the same thing last year.
Police say Gaspar Ortiz-Ortiz was busted at Walmart on Tuesday.
Ortiz-Ortiz was sentenced to two weeks in jail and a month on work release for the earlier incident.
He was released pending appeal.
Police found several up-skirt images during that investigation.
Oritiz-Ortiz is now back in the Whatcom County jail.
