BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A man faces charges for threatening to kill staff and exposing himself in the St. Joseph Hospital Emergency Room early Monday, September 26th.
A police report states that responding officers arrived just after midnight to find shaken staff and patients in the ER.
They said Christopher Attwood had very forcefully threatened to return with weapons and kill everyone, then pulled down his pants and fully exposed himself before leaving.
Officers located Attwood nearby and he repeated the death threats because he claimed ER workers were murderers.
He also admitted to exposing himself.
An order to stay away from hospital staff is among pre-trail release conditions Whatcom Superior Court issued to Attwood.
