BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A transient man has been arrested in connection to several thefts in Bellingham.
Jail bookings show that 30-year-old Samuel Schuetze was booked into the Whatcom County Jail on Monday, January 31st.
Between January 13th and January 30th, Schuetze was caught stealing more than $1,700 worth of cash, equipment, and personal items from three Bellingham businesses.
Charging documents state he targeted the Horseshoe Café downtown, Summit Trampoline Zone on Meridian and the Rite Aid store in Happy Valley.
Witnesses and officers often found him in employee-only sections of the businesses.
Schuetze is being held on $30,000 bail.
