BLAINE, Wash. — A driver is lucky to be alive after falling asleep at the wheel and crashing in Blaine Tuesday morning.
Blaine Police Sergeant Mike Munden says 33-year-old Bradley McIntyre apparently fell asleep and was driving in circles in the 1500 block of Boblett Street Tuesday before driving at high speed across a field and into a ditch along Grant Avenue.
Several witnesses reported McIntyre’s truck was stopped from exiting the ditch when it hit a parked semi-trailer.
Munden said no one was injured in the incident.
