LYNWOOD, Wash – A 19-year-old man is charged with first-degree murder in the drowning death of his nephew.
KOMO news reports 6-year-old Dayvid Pakko’s body was found in a dumpster near the apartment where he lived in Lynnwood.
According to court documents Andrew Clayton, the boys uncle, admitted to filling up a bathtub with water and drowning his nephew.
When asked why he did it Clayton said he “…wasn’t really thinking…”
