BLAINE, Wash. – A Blaine man is dead after jumping from an I-5 overpass where he was hit by a vehicle.
The State Patrol said the driver left the scene in the northbound lanes of I-5 at the Hughes Avenue overpass in Blaine just after midnight Wednesday morning.
They do not have a description of the driver or the vehicle.
Troopers said the 59 year old man who jumped from the bridge was declared dead at the scene.
