EVERSON, Wash. — An Everson man is dead after driving into a ditch Sunday night.
The State Patrol reports Benjamin J. Denhartog was driving east of Everson on Goodwin Road at about 9:45 P.M. when he crossed the center line in his Hummer and came to rest in the ditch.
Denhartog was not wearing a seatbelt.
Troopers are investigating what caused the accident.
