BLAINE, Wash. – A man in a Seattle hospital after a crash Tuesday morning in Blaine faces DUI charges when he recovers.
The State Patrol says David Dierks was driving on Kickerville Road at about 9:30 in the morning.
Troopers say the 24-year-old Blaine man was intoxicated when he veered off the road, over-corrected and rolled.
He was rushed to Saint Joseph Hospital and then transported to Harborview Medical Center.
