BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A 20-year-old man is in jail on charges that he raped a child several years ago.
The Whatcom County Sheriff’s office received a report of the incident last Thursday (September 17th) and investigators found evidence to charge Jacob D. Yeubanks with 1st degree child rape, molestation and incest.
He’s accused of committing the crimes at a home on Deer Creek Place in Ferndale in 2016.
Yeubanks was acquainted with the victim.
