BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A man who barricaded himself inside a Bellingham motel room for two hours while threatening deputies and the manager was sentenced to jail.
Court records show 60-year-old Allen Neal Simonson will spend about three months in jail for an incident last June at the Shamrock Motel.
Simonson threatened to kill the motel manager when she ordered him to leave his room because he hadn’t paid.
He also threatened to kill responding deputies.
