SEATTLE, Wash. (AP) – A man police say threw a Molotov cocktail at officer during last year’s rowdy May Day gathering in Seattle is now in custody.
Wil Floyd was arrested Friday morning in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.
He faces charges of unlawful possession of a destructive device.
If convicted, he could get up to 10 years in prison.
Police say they figured out it was Floyd after reviewing videos.
