BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Many roads in Whatcom County are still closed or compromised by floodwaters and debris.
Hannegan Road is now completely open but Slater road remains closed west of I-5.
Smith Road is closed at La Bounty Drive to Scout Place.
And multiple sections of Marine Drive near Northwest Indian College are also closed.
WSDOT crews will close the right lane of northbound I-5 near Lake Samish again this morning at 7:30 for continued work on the unstable hillside.
