BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) – The man prosecutors said killed his 13-year-old son has left Bellingham.
Mark Redwine left the Whatcom County Jail and flew back to Colorado Monday.
Bellingham Police arrested him last month while he was in the city working as a truck driver.
Prosecutors believe Redwine murdered his son Dylan in Colorado in 2012. Redwine has maintained his innocence.
