BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) – A man accused of killing his 13-year-old son will spend more time in the Whatcom County jail.
Mark Redwine decided not to waive extradition back to Colorado.
Police say he killed his son Dylan.
His job as a truck driver brought him to Bellingham where he was arrested last month.
Colorado’s governor requested that Redwine be returned.
That request is currently working its way through the system.
