DURANGO, Colo. — Attorneys for a Colorado man who was arrested in Bellingham have entered not guilty pleas on his behalf in the 2012 death of his 13-year-old son.
Mark Redwine was in court Friday on charges of second-degree murder and child abuse resulting in the death of Dylan Redwine.
Redwine was indicted last July after he was arrested in Bellingham while working as a truck driver. He was later extradited to Colorado and will stand trial there.
