Mayor Seth Fleetwood has announced a new Human Resources Department director.
Elizabeth Monahan will lead a 16 member team of HR professionals.
She will also serve on Mayor Fleetwood’s executive level department head team.
Prior to her 11 plus years as HR director with the Port of Bellingham, Monahan has labor relations manager for WWU, and held various Human Resources roles at Weyerhauser.
