BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Whatcom residents will have another re-opened indoor activity option this fall.

Bellingham Mayor Seth Fleetwood announced Monday that the Whatcom Museum Lightcatcher galleries, Museum Store and Old City Hall will reopen to the public on Saturday, September 19 with strict measures in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The museum will initially be open with limited capacity of 25 percent Wednesdays through Sundays from noon to 4:30 p.m.

Following guidance established by Governor Jay Inslee, the museum will require all visitors over age 2 to wear a mask
