SEATTLE, WASH. (AP) – A Microsoft co-founder and Seattle Seahawks owner is donating a lot of money to a new housing facility for the homeless.
Seattle Mayor Ed Murray announced Wednesday that the Paul G. Allen Foundation would be donating $30 million.
Murray says the city will put an additional $5 million into the project.
The facility will be geared toward homeless families and include an on-site service center for residents.
