FERNDALE, Wash. — With plenty of rain in the forecast, the National Weather Service is warning of potential flooding in the Nooksack, Skagit and Stillaguamish rivers, among others.
Any flooding is expected to be minor and will likely happen Friday morning through Saturday.
Moderately high snow levels will help drive the rivers flowing off the Cascades near or above flood stage.
