ARLINGTON, Wash. — The State Patrol is commending troopers after they brought an Arlington “Silver Alert” to a positive ending.
Witnesses reported a vehicle traveling against traffic on SR 520 in Bellevue on Wednesday just after midnight.
Troopers stopped the vehicle and found the driver and vehicle were part of an active Silver Alert issued by Arlington Police Tuesday.
While waiting for a family member to pick the man up at the Bellevue State Patrol office, troopers spent time listening to the man’s stories of his prior military service.
