WHATCOM, SKAGIT COUNTY, Wash. – Whatcom County residents will have more health insurers to choose from next year for buyers on the ACA exchange individual market.
Washington Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler’s office lists plan applications from Kaiser Permanente, Lifewise Health Plan of Washington, and Regence Blue Shield.
Only Kaiser offered an individual market plan in Whatcom County for 2020.
Skagit County residents will have the same plan choices next plus an option from BridgeSpan Health company, up from two plans this year.
Residents of every Washington County will have at least two companies to choose from next year on the Obamacare individual market.
