OLYMPIA, Wash. – A growing number of state workers are joining a lawsuit against Governor Inslee’s vaccine mandate.

KOMO reports another 600 workers, including the state fire marshal, have signed onto the suit.

Many of the plaintiffs say they’re being denied medical exemptions to the mandate.

Fire Marshal Charles Paul LeBlanc says his medical exemption was accepted but the state couldn’t provide him with a COVID-safe working condition.

A State Patrol dispatcher makes the same claim.

The lawsuit will get a hearing in Walla Walla Superior Court Thursday, September 23rd.
