PORT ANGELES, Wash. — A motorcyclist died in Port Angeles Thursday evening after troopers say he crossed into oncoming traffic and hit a pickup truck.

KOMO reports the rider was heading west on the U.S. 101 at Morse Creek when he hit the oncoming truck.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

His name has not been released.
