MOUNT VERNON, Wash. – The Washington State Department of Health has revoked the credential of a Mount Vernon- based chemical dependency counselor.
The Department revoked the credential of Debbie Jemeyson for an indefinite amount of time due to unprofessional conduct.
Jemeyson reportedly bought a patient clothing and personal items, massaged the patient’s legs, and gave the patient medications prescribed for her own use.
