MOUNT VERNON, Wash. – One person has been arrested in connection with a drive-by shooting in Mount Vernon.
Mount Vernon Police said in a statement that witnesses reported seeing two cars driving erratically on East Division Street on Tuesday night, July 19th.
The passengers in one vehicle began firing at the other, but there were no reports of any injuries.
By Wednesday, investigators were able to locate both the suspect and the vehicle they were in.
An unidentified 22-year-old Mount Vernon man was taken into custody later in the day.
