MOUNT VERNON, Wash. — A Mount Vernon man was injured in a Highway 9 hit and run Tuesday night.
Troopers say 46-year-old Kevin D Seal was walking on the shoulder of the highway northbound near Bryant, Snohomish County when he was hit.
He was found laying in the ditch.
State troopers say the vehicle that hit him and its driver were not identified.
