MOUNT VERNON, Wash – A 26-year-old Mount Vernon man has pleaded not guilty to vehicular homicide in an incident in which his wife was run into by his truck and killed.
The Skagit Valley Herald reports Jose Pablo Cruz pleaded not guilty Thursday.
Court documents say Cruz and his wife, 24-year-old Shannon Cruz, had been arguing March 27 when witnesses say Cruz backed his pickup truck into a fence, hitting his wife.
