MOUNT VERNON, Wash. – The Mount Vernon Police Department is hoping someone from the public can help identify a man who was hit and killed by a train last month.

The man was fatally injured by a train just after midnight on July 29th.

He is believed to have been in his 30’s, between 5’6″ and 5’8″ tall, about 160 lbs. with short black hair.

His body showed evidence of regular dental care and a significant shoulder surgery in the past.

He was wearing dark running pants, a dark long-sleeved shirt and a distinctive neon green t-shirt that said “The Walking Drunk.”
