BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Amtrak service between Bellingham and Vancouver, B-C, is suspended until Wednesday afternoon because of a mudslide on the track near White Rock.
BNSF Railway closed the track yesterday morning and cleared the slide, but it still needs to be monitored for 48 hours to ensure safety.
Charter buses are being provided in place of Amtrak trains between those stations.
