BURLINGTON, Wash. — Whatcom County real estate brokerage firm Muljat Group Realtors is merging with Skagit County’s Brown McMillen Real Estate.
Brown McMillen will remain under the same owners, but will now be known as Brown McMillen Real Estate, The Muljat Group South.
Lead broker Shelah Inman says the merger will increase their capabilities and give Skagit County property owners better connections to Whatcom County buyers.
Troy Muljat says, “We are excited to continue the legacy the founders of Brown McMillen created.”
The Muljat Group, founded in 1988, currently has 80 brokers and three offices in Bellingham and Lynden.
