BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Next Tuesday is Overdose Awareness Day in Washington, and the Whatcom County Health Department is participating in a worldwide campaign to end overdoses.
The department will offer free Naloxone training and supplies while they last on August 31st between 11am and 2pm.
The training will be held at the health department trailer parked at 1500 N. State Street.
The public is invited to learn to take immediate action and possibly save someone from an opioid overdose death.
