BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A candidate forum will focus on mental health issues in light of the pandemic.
NAMI Whatcom is the local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental illness.
The group is hosting a zoom meeting with local election candidates at 7pm Monday, October 5.
