OLYMPIA, Wash. — The Department of Social and Health Services partnered with a bill pay system to make paying child support easier.
The department says the new system PayNearMe lets people make child support payments in cash at 7-Eleven locations.
7-Eleven has a large presence in Washington with 249 stores across the state.
Many of these stores are open 24 hours.
The partnership aims to give parents the flexibility and convenience of easy-access cash payments.
