BLAINE, Wash. – A high end real estate developer is making a big investment in Blaine.
Harbor Custom Homes has paid $14.3 million for 219 acres adjacent to the Semiahmoo Resort.
The site contains 71 developed residential lots with water views and the potential for another 160 lots, with some fronting the Semiahmoo golf course.
The company’s COO says they have the flexibility to sell developed lots or to build subdivisions with homes in the $600,000 to $1 million price range.
The Harbor says in a news release that they expect real estate investment by Canadians in the area once the border is re-opened.
They also plan to market properties to American buyers.
