BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A new exhibition at the Whatcom Museum wants to take visitors on a journey through the human body.

The “Up Close & Personal” collection features work by nearly 60 artists.

Whatcom Museum’s Art Curator Amy Chaloupka says the exhibition was inspired by the impacts of the pandemic on human interaction.

The exhibition’s pieces are being lent from Boise-based art collectors Driek and Michael Zirinsky.

“Up Close & Personal” will open on October 30th in the Lightcatcher building.
