SEDRO-WOOLLEY, Wash. — A new owner has revived a decades-old bowling alley in Sedro-Woolley.
New owner Ellie Martinez told the Skagit Valley Herald that she had no intention of buying a bowling alley.
She came across it while searching for a new building for her coffee roasting facility, and she says she fell in love with the nostalgia of it.
She and her business partner renovated the building, but kept vintage fixtures and had furniture made out of old bowling lanes.
Sedro 10 Bowling & Deli Shez Cafe opened in the city’s downtown area last week.
