BELLINGHAM WASH – Most Washingtonians don’t like Donald Trump’s style.
A new poll finds 56% of those surveyed disapprove of Trump’s style.
Pollster Stuart Elway says 40% strongly disapprove of his style, while just 17% strongly approve.
He says Democrats seem to be the most turned off.
“The democrats were more likely to disapprove than the republicans were to approve, so there seems to be more energy on the democratic side,” says Elway.
46% of Washington residents polled also don’t care for Trump’s policies. 34% like his policy decision.
45% of respondents report being in an argument about politics since the election.
And nearly half of the Democrats surveyed have donated money or attended a political event since the election.
