Restaurant with Bellingham, Lynden locations shuts doors

BELLINGHAM, Wash. – NYP Bar and Grill is no more.

It appears that all the NYP Bar and Grill locations are closed, including the ones in Lynden, Bellingham, and Burlington.

The company filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy in April and then for chapter 7 bankruptcy last week.

A note posted on the door at the Lynden location Friday apologized for the closure, and said the restaurant may or may not open this week.
