BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The hard work done by Whatcom County residents to stop the spread of COVID-19 is paying off.
The Whatcom County Health Department reported Friday, April 17, that, once again, there are zero new deaths associated with the illness.
The department also reports no new cases of COVID-19, marking the first day without positive test results in weeks.
They say that although this is encouraging, they do expect more cases down the road.
