WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. – A Nooksack woman was injured in an accident near Everson Tuesday afternoon.
The State Patrol said in a statement that Megan Perkins was trying to stop but slid through the intersection of Everson Goshen and Pole Roads.
Her van was hit by a semi that was westbound on Pole Road.
She was injured and taken to Peacehealth St. Joseph Medical Center.
A six year old child in her vehicle and the truck driver were not hurt.
