The North Cascades Highway reopens one more time in 2017.
The gates closed November 2nd due to heavy snow but after final crew evaluations the Department of Transportation plans to reopen the highway Tuesday, Nov. 7.
Drivers should be prepared for winter driving conditions even after the highway reopens.
