DIABLO, Wash. — Drivers can expect to enjoy the scenic North Cascades Highway beginning Friday.
The State Department of Transportation is aiming to reopen State Route 20 on Friday, May 11th.
Maintenance crews will soon finish their sixth consecutive week of clearing snow, repairing guardrails and potholes, and repainting road lanes.
The highway typically reopens in early May.
