OLYMPIA, Wash. — State health officials have suspended the license of a Skagit County certified nursing assistant after reports of sexual misconduct.

The Department of Health says Willie O. Lawson is accused of sexually assaulting and abusing four different residents at the San Juan Rehab Center.

Lawson is charged in Skagit County Superior Court with second degree rape of an elderly or vulnerable adult, indecent liberties, and two counts of fourth-degree assault with sexual motivation.

Lawton cannot practice as a nursing assistant in the state until the charges are resolved.
