SEATTLE, Wash. – A Pacific Northwest pizza chain that will soon be opening a location in Bellingham has been accused of cutting themselves a larger slice of the pie.

A class action lawsuit recently filed against Zeeks Pizza alleges the chain withheld wages, tips and other money owed to delivery drivers.

The Seattle Times reports attorney Toby Marshall filed a class action suit on behalf of Zeek’s Pizza driver Chance White.

According to the lawsuit, Zeeks and two franchisees “engaged in a systemic scheme of wage and hour abuses against its pizza drivers.”

The suit has been file on behalf of more than 100 people.

Zeeks owners and corporate offices have yet to comment.

A Zeeks Pizza restaurant is scheduled to open Saturday, May 29, in Bellingham’s Fountain District.
