OAK HARBOR, Wash. – An Oak Harbor Man is dead after a collision on Silver Lake Road Friday morning.
State Troopers say the pickup driven by Peter Heller crossed the center line and hit a pickup driven by Joshua Peterson, also of Oak Harbor.
Heller, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Peterson was wearing a seat belt and walked away without injury.
