KENT, Wash. — Over 300 pounds of smoked sausage products have been recalled due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen.
Kent-based Oberto Snacks recalled 3 ounce packages containing “Cattleman’s Cut Smoked Sausages Old Fashioned” because they contain soy, which is not declared on the product label.
The problem was discovered on August 21st after the firm was informed by its distributor that the product displayed an incorrect nutrition and ingredients label.
Consumers who have purchased this product are urged to throw away or return it to the place of purchase.
