OLYMPIA, Wash. — An Oklahoma establishment is recalling 4,200 pounds of fully cooked pork products after a processing deviation may have allowed potential spore-forming pathogen growth, including one that can cause botulism.

Food Safety and Inspection Service announced the recall by Guymon Extracts Tuesday.

The “Pork Soup with Rendered Pork Fat (from bone)” was produced and packaged on January 3rd with a best before date of December 22, 2019.

Containers will have the establishment number 32161 inside the USDA mark of inspection.
