DIABLO, Wash. – An Olympia man died after a motorcycle accident on the North Cascades Highway.
The State Patrol said Son Sokhim was speeding on Highway 20 near Diablo Saturday morning when he missed a curve and hit a rock.
He was then thrown from the bike and came to rest in a ditch while his motorcycle remained on the road.
Troopers did not believe drugs or alcohol were involved in the accident.
